Job Requirements for Household Staff

At Atworth, we seek experienced and highly skilled professionals for private household positions. Candidates should meet the following minimum requirements:

​

  • Nannies: Minimum of 2-5 years of professional childcare experience, CPR and First Aid certification required.

  • Private Chefs: At least 2-5 years of culinary experience, preferably in a private residence or high-end restaurant.

  • Housekeepers: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in professional housekeeping, with knowledge of luxury home care.

  • House Managers: At least 2-5 years of experience in estate or household management with strong organizational and leadership skills.

  • Personal Assistants: Minimum of 2-5 years of experience managing schedules, travel arrangements, and administrative tasks for high-net-worth individuals.
